Fire Alarm Design - Once the final proof of the fire alarm design submittal package has been reviewed by you, I can send these to you via hard copy through USPS delivery in the size you request or I can email to your local reprographer in .pdf form for printing. Most fire alarm design submittal packages require three (3) complete sets of stamped prints. Please let me know your desired quantity or I can contact your AHJ personally and find out for you. If you have a fire alarm manufacturer of choice for the design, we will utilize their devices. Fire Alarm Bid? Or Request for Proposal? Low Voltage System Design: This area will be price negotiated upon speaking with you. Typically, to design these systems is not as extensive as a Fire Alarm Design Submittal package. Exceptions do arise depending on the size and type of system you need us to design, i.e. Nurse Call System for high rise facility needing a diode matrix in addition to NFPA, NEC, IFC, IBC Guidelines. Existing Blueprints Digitized in AutoCAD/PDF Format: $22.00/ hr This service is one of our most used services. Paper to CAD as it is sometimes called. Digitizing hard copy blueprints , sketches, etc is one of the tasks an already busy engineering department likes to outsource. As stated before, no job is to small for ICD, each job is handled with the same consideration for time and professionalism. The price for this service is reduced per hour if I am also using this to create a floor plan for a Fire Alarm Design package. If you have several projects or steady ongoing work, we can negotiate fixed price pricing for recurring work to make it economical for you.
On-Site Blueprint Digitizing/Creation: This service is available for those customers who are needing to have blueprints for fire alarm design submittals or fire alarm additions, or renovations where the AHJ is requesting floorplans and the hard copy blueprints are not available and no digital floorplans exist. An ICD engineer will travel to your facility and while on site will measure, draw, and create a floorplan of your facility on site in an AutoCAD format. Once Complete ICD can release the floorplans to you in .pdf or .dwg formats. This will be billed by the hour + travel expenses. Call for detailed pricing.
